I booked my stay with Vrbo, I had a few problems. 1)Front desk only works from 10am to 6pm, before I arrive to the property I asked about the parking arrangement and was never told that if my check in was after 6pm, I couldn't get access to the parking the first day. 2)I booked a studio for 3pp (one double/queen bed and a sofa couch), but when I arrive to the property there was only a double bed. I speak with hotel management and Vrbo and neither of them helped me, so I ended sleeping on an air mattress for 5 ninghts, altough I shared caption of my booking details Vrbo said that the property is advertised as a 3-4pp studio even is there is only one bed (and physical space for one bed) I feel very disappointed from the booking app and the property itself. 3)I requested for 3 consecutive days fresh towels and a refill of toilet paper, and i had to look for the housekeeping personal myself and grab the things in their storage room, no-one from reception answer the phone, emails or voice notes I left. Besides those 3 inconvenient, location is good, and after you get access to the parking is secure and plenty space (parking in Miami is very expensive). I don't consider booking this property again.
