From start to finish Carlos at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was at its best. The room was spotless, room was nice and cold! Definitely will look forward to our next stay here, and highly recommend Hyatt place in Doral to everyone!

Staff need more training in terms of checking in and out. A very young guy handled my booking as if it was his after school job. I had to ask where the room Was located etc after he handed me the key card and walked off. Also this facility charges for parking however most times there were no available spots. Breakfast was poor

i was very upset the pool hasnt been cleaned... i even took 30mins to clean the leaves out of the pool myself but there were hairs from lord knows what! i couldnt bring myself to even put my feet in it.
