Looking for a refund, we rented 2 rooms, the first on the first day found stain in the bed, requested to have the bed changed but because was after 8 pm the housekeeping’s was going for the day, I requested to have the room clean in the morning. I went out and return around 5:00 pm and the room was not clean and the spot was still in the bed, went to take a shower but because the room was no t refreshed we did not have towels to dry after taking the shower before my meetings, I decided to dry my sell with the old towels. My second rooms was change but no towers deliver to the room I will like a rwdund fir my stay

We enjoyed out stay here. Isaiah, the agent who checked us in was so kind and attentive, he answered all our questions and pointed us in the right directions as well. The room was very clean and smelt good. Our sheets had a few stains so we had to call to had them changed and they responded promptly. The breakfast buffet was good too. Overall enjoyed our stay.
