Wow! Wow! Wow! This property did NOT disappoint! We were a large group there in town for our daughters wedding, and it was just one fabulous surprise after another! The communication with Avery and Tony was excellent! Speedy and friendly! The rooms were ALL gorgeous. Spacious and well appointed! Huge closets, wonderful bathrooms....all newer and just lovely! The main room is perfect for large groups! Its HUGE! And the pool area is large with a grill, patio table, chaise lounge chairs and the pool is heated! The kitchen is terrific and there were plenty of wine glasses and coffe mugs....we needed both! Shout out to the guest house...really nice for the young adults and a great set up, nice closet space and a full bath! We are 1000% returning!!!

The villa is in a lush setting, tropical and private. The kitchen is perfect, the huge living room is beautiful, and the guest suites feel really luxurious.

Good communication with property manager. Unfortunately they were some issues with the house (ie hot water, washer machine, front porch very dirty, mud by the entrance). Location is great, kitchen could have more utensils, bedrooms are good and beds are comfortable

Complete Fail

The condition of the property was unacceptable. It had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. We also dealt with non-functioning appliances, partial to no hot water, and an ouitdoor grill that caught fire when one of us, a professional chef, attempted to use it. We also had overflowing trash bins and flies to contend with. Lastly the home is not properly maintained and is in disrepair in many of its rooms (especially the one that's sinking). The only plus to the house was its location. The property needs serious repairs and maintenance to be sutibale for guests, regardless of the price.

Great reunion weekend

Fantastic house. We had a reunion with 10 guests. Really enjoyed the pool and very large room to hang out with your guests. Everyone had a great stay. The manager Jay was very responsive. Would recommend.
