Showers need improvements

We went for a family get together and took our mom who needed a handicap acessable room. Well the shower was a bathtub and when we called down to ask for a walking shower they said they didn’t have any in the hotel.I had to help my mom get in and out everyday for her shower. That should be remedied because how is anyone in a wheelchair suppose to get in and out of the shower. Also the bedding needs improvement of the old blankets and get some duvets with a Down or down alternative.

Older but well-kept hotel with super staff

Rooms are a bit dated, and some of the AC units are in need of replacement, but the staff is SUPER and really accommodating. Good meals in the sports bar with great service and good prices. We will return to stay here for future Miami Hurricanes games.

Staff was friendly. Very nice safe quiet walkable area. Clean rooms resturant options all walkable with grocery store and CVS a few blocks away . Great shuttle option to the stadium as well

The room was clean. The property was clean and the staff was extremely nice. I didn't like that my room was right in front of the door that led to the pool so unfortunately I heard all the in and out and because of the crack at the bottom of the door I could hear everyone's conversation.

The area around the hotel is nice but our room was sticky from humidity, felt wet, blankets were wet when we first got there and there was mold in the bathroom ceiling.
