The Betsy Hotel is hands down one of my favorite places to stay—if I could give it 10 stars, I would! Every single person made our experience amazing: from the bellman to the receptionist, the front desk team, the bartenders, waiters, concierge, the General Managers, and even the cleaning staff—each person was warm, professional, and unbelievably accommodating. The food was delicious, the daily live music created the perfect atmosphere, and the rooftop pool had a really nice view of both the city and ocean. Our room was spacious, spotless, (it smelled so good) and so comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—right across from the beach with complimentary lounge chairs and umbrellas, and just a beautiful walk from the heart of South Beach. I’ll absolutely be booking here again—The Betsy Hotel is unforgettable!

While the overall service was very good, we had a difficult time getting our car from valet to leave during the heavy rain. We had previously called the valet for our car and While we were in the lobby, we saw the only valet bring it in front and run off. After 30 minutes of asking repeatedly to the staff and manager we overheard that the valet went on a coffee break but no one else had access to our keys. It took ~45 min to get into our car and quite a bit of frustration. Otherwise the staff, managers and accommodations were lovely.

Service is superb! Friendliest and most helpful staff no matter who you interact with. Not a party hotel thankfully but they do have nice programming (piano Playing) in the lobby at certain intervals). And you get to see the cute pups that the owner has who hang in the lobby every day! Safe location, walkable to a lot.

I just returned from my second stay (in 2 years) at the Hotel Betsy. Great location. Hotel has all the amenities required for an excellent stay: Clean rooms, two swimming pools, in house restaurant and spacious lobby with fully staffed bar. The staff is extremely helpful. The jazz piano after 6 pm is a great touch. I highly recommend tge Betsy Hotel for your next Miami Beach Holiday.
