Unfortunately, I was unable to stay in this accommodation as it did not meet expectations. The apartment looked significantly less appealing than in the photos, with furniture of lower quality. The strong smell of cleaning products inside made it difficult to stay, and the very bright white lighting created a cold atmosphere rather than a cosy one.I had to find an alternative accommodation the same night, right after a transatlantic flight. This was a very bad experience for me.

Plusses and Minuses

On the plus side, this one bedroom condo has a beautiful view of Biscayne Bay and is within walking distance of all the wonderfully diverse restaurants in Coconut Grove. It is located in the Hotel Arya and handled by a management company, not the owner. There is an excellent gym, a pool and garage parking. Public parks here are spacious, meticulously maintained and great for walking. Bike paths are also nearby, and especially good are the Commodore and Old Cutler Road bike paths. On the minus side, we were in this unit for two months but it is not really suitable for a long term stay. The unit lacked adequate closet space and bureaus for clothing (my husband ended up using the bathroom vanity for clothing storage). There was no coffee maker, just an espresso machine. All the furniture inside and on the balcony was uncomfortable, except for the bed. Also, the hotel seems to be a popular destination for wedding parties and their guests. The pool was often dominated by large, noisy groups who took all the lounge chairs and drank all day. In summary, if you are in Coconut Grove for a short vacation or special event, this condo would be a fine choice. However, we would not do a long term stay here again.

Fabulous Condo With Bay Views

We booked five nights in this condo as we finished our 2 week holiday on the east coast. The condo is centrally located in Coconut Grove allowing us to book a sailing trip, visit the everglades and travel to Key Biscayne. The condo itself was beautifully appointed and spacious - quiet at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and highly recommend.

Beautiful place in great location

Great communication and flexibility unity with site manager. My flight had been cancelled so I arrived very late. My family members were able to check in early without final payment until I arrived. Lovely condo in a great location. Will be staying at the Arya again soon!
