Located in Monterey Dunes Colony, a private gated community located between Santa Cruz & Monterey. Single story beach town house across the street from the clubhouse w/community pool and jacuzzi, tennis courts, bocce ball, volleyball, basketball, a putting green, and a driving cage. The home has high vaulted ceilings, many large picture windows & sliding doors to take advantage of panoramic views of the ocean and a direct path to the beach. Featuring a Big Green Egg BBQ (charcoal and fire starting bricks provided) . Association rules limit the occupancy to 6 persons. 2 night minimum (3 nights peak season).

It’s a little piece of heaven! Loved the super updated house with every imaginable kitchen item! The spices, oils, snacks!!! And even popcorn! The hosts have thought of everything. The beach toys, chairs, gazillion towels, beach bag, and even flip flops were so handy with kids. Appreciated no stairs to beach! We spent a few days here (as we always do at Moss landing every year) and this is by far the loveliest! The kids appreciated the Disney channel and the big tv! We appreciate the black out curtains! We are going to be back!

If you are looking for a nice, quiet and private beach front property, this is the place. You are just steps away from the beach and the view is beautiful all day long. The home is cozy yet the living area is large enough for gathering as a family for meals and hanging out. The home and kitchen are fully equipped so we were not in want for anything our whole stay. There are also the community pool and sports areas. Jeff and Pam are excellent hosts and great at communicating. We brought my elderly mother to enjoy being by the beach and it was just what we were looking for. Thank you!

Beach House Perfection

Stop your search and book this house! When I say it has everything you are looking for, I mean everything - the owners did not cut any corners in making this home a perfect beach getaway. From a fully loaded kitchen (every gadget, cutlery, spice you could imagine), to 6 plush robes hanging in the closets, this house is exactly what you want when looking for a luxury beach getaway. We didn't have kids, but it is absolutely kid friendly if you do, with beach toys/wagon, and game closet. The beds are large and comfortable and bedrooms have blackout curtains. The fireplace was spectacular and kept the house warm and cozy. Lastly, it was impeccably clean and stocked with extra supplies. If you want to feel spoiled and pampered all while having secluded, almost private, access to the spectacular beach, this is the house for you.We are so grateful to have spent time here and make incredible family memories.

Holiday Stay at the Beach

We loved our stay at Jeff and Pam's home in the Monterey Dunes Colony! The view was beautiful and the beach was just steps away. The large kitchen was fully stocked with spices, oils, coffee, appliances (blender, cuisinart, toaster, and slow cooker for example) and all the dishes and utensils one could possibly need. We enjoyed the closet with puzzles and games which also housed movies and beach toys and equipment for the various courts at the nearby clubhouse. We were able to kayak at Elkhorn Slough, visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel and Point Lobos and even volunteer for a day at Esalen from this perfect peaceful base.

Heavenly Retreat

Great stay in Monterey Dunes

Jeff and Pam have done an amazing job making this place feel warm and welcoming as well as beautiful. They stock it generously with everything a good cook might want as well as with games and plenty of in-home entertainment options. They were responsive in real time, made the checkin process easy and left good, clear instructions for the most important things we needed to know. A wonderful contrast to another unit we stayed in previously managed by Monterey Dunes Company, which was poorly stocked with insufficient cutlery and just about everything else as well as and never got properly repaired with responses to requests often taking days.

Beautiful View!

Our family had a wonderful time at Jeff & Pam's beautiful place!! The ocean view was incredible and we loved hearing the sound of the waves. The recommendations from Jeff & Pam were very helpful & our kids loved the snacks that were left for guests. The short walk to the beach was a big highlight. This was one of our favorite places we have stayed at & we hope to visit again soon!

Absolutely wonderful stay!

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. We stay in a lot of rentals and this one really stood out for the level of attention payed to making sure you had everything you needed. Our boys 11 and 14 were super excited about the container of snacks, upon entry they said right away that we needed to leave a 5 star review. But most we loved the view, the sunsets, beach, and the relaxing atmosphere. It was extremely clean and well kept. All the beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Kitchen was beautiful with everything we needed from spices to actually sharp knives. Visited both Monterey and Pinnacles NP. It was a great stay!!
