We are senior citizens and found that the toilet was very low and the two arm chairs were quite low. Other than that it was nice. The room was very large, the shutters on the sliding glass doors to the balcony created it's own charm. I liked, too, that you could see a bit of the bay from sitting in bed and that the continental breakfast was delivered to our room at the time we requested.

An absolute dream anniversary and bday trip ! Michelle was so helpful and courteous as were all the staff . We were upgraded and what a view ! We wanted stay on our balcony all day. The room was super clean, fresh, and well appointed . Complimentary waters in the fridge were very appreciated . Breakfast is brought to you in the morning . It’s a perfect platter . Coffee was great , baked goods were delicious and fruit was fresh and delicious . It was a great start to our morning . Beds were very comfortable and hot tub on the 4th floor has the most beautiful views . Wish they had 2 . Thank you Monterey Bay Inn. This was our second stay , and hope to return soon .

The room was fine. It was clean. The chairs were not comfortable--they were worn and the cushioning was inadequate. Also, the two wall sconce lights on either side of the bed were not working, so there was no way to read without overhead lights on. The bathroom/shower area was nice. However, there was construction going on in the hotel which concomitant noise.

Overall, 10/10 for the room and the views from the balcony. Good staff and nice location. No microwave with the room charges is not something should be ok, and complimentary breakfast needs to be more variety as you're paying for the stay with included breakfast. I'll recommend only people with looking to stay for the views, because the amount you're paying is bit higher than the hotels nearby offer much more stuff in this value of money.

The room had a very nice view and was spacious (huge bathroom). Location was walking distance to cannery row and aquarium. Right on the beach, you can walk down to the water. Lovely fountain outside. Nice hot tub on the 4th floor overlooking the water.

The hotel and accommodations were fine. However, the parking spaces were extremely tight and limited and the main issue was the noise. The Sea Lions and birds were soo loud that it felt like we were living scenes out of My Cousin Vinny. It also didn’t help tgat the person in the room below us was smokingn THC throughout our stay.

The view is amazing and so is the service. Love breakfast brought to the spacious room. Really appreciate the full closet so our bags can be put away for the stay. Hot tub on the roof is grand, but be sure to bring towels and robes from your room. Staff super friendly and helpful, and daily maid service was a treat

This hotel was really nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, spacious and clean. We enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony and had breakfast there every morning. Breakfast was delivered to you every morning! We slept with the sliding door open to enjoy the amazing weather and to hear the sea lions throughout the night! Awesome experience!
