Well, considering at check in, I walked in on the front desk person loudly arguing with a prostitute for running her “business” out of her room, I’d say this probably is a solid 2-star facility. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz, but I mean… at least maybe not a room that stank so badly of cat urine and less hooker fights would’ve been nice. Proximity to the freeway made my room quite noisy, too. So I guess I’d say this overall - if you are desperate for a place to just use the bathroom and sleep, this could work. But just know what you’re getting into. Not the safest area, but I didn’t experience any other craziness. Slept, woke up, left. Car was fine. I’ll also add the Hampton Inn in Salinas isn’t too bad and isn’t that expensive if it isn’t Laguna seca or pga week. Enjoy!

Hello, We did not have hot water and had to take cold showers. We went to the front desk and were told it was a known problem due to the boiler, and were instructed to let the water run for 20-25 minutes.Doing so made no difference. Additionally, the TV remote didn’t work, so we couldn’t watch TV, our key card had to be replaced twice, and the room overall felt very run down, smelly, and not well maintained. Because of these issues, I’m requesting a refund for our stay. Please let me know how you’d like to proceed. Thank you,

The manager is bumbling. The TV wouldn’t work. I called the desk and he kept hanging up on me so I went down to the lobby where he said he couldn’t hear me on the phone. He told me to push a button under the TV which I did and got it to work counter to his instructions. I walked the entire perimeter of the second floor looking for an ice machine. And there is no coffee maker in the room.
