The open-concept living space includes a cozy sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Montreal or accommodating additional guests.



Kitchen & Dining:

The fully equipped kitchen includes the essentials needed for your stay, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dining space for up to four guests. Ideal for enjoying meals or working remotely.



Bedroom:

The spacious bedroom is well suited for couples, small families, or groups, featuring a comfortable double bed as well as a bunk bed setup.



Bathroom:

Enjoy a clean and stylish bathroom with a large vanity and a practical shower/tub combination.



Please note that the apartment is located in the basement level of the property. Guests can conveniently access the unit directly from the side parking area through a private entrance leading into the apartment.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy privately during your stay. Guests can easily access the property through our simple self-check-in process using a lockbox or keypad entry system. Detailed check-in instructions and access information will be sent by email and/or text message a few days before your arrival.

Booking Process:

To finalize your reservation, we require identity verification through our secure system as well as agreement to a standard rental contract. Additional check-in instructions and property information will be sent after your booking is confirmed.



Security:

For the safety of our guests and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed and active in outdoor/common areas only.



Winter Stays:

During winter months, professional snow removal is generally completed within 24 hours following snowfalls exceeding 5 cm. A shovel and salt are also provided for guest convenience when needed.



Pets:

Please note that dogs and pets are not accepted unless previously approved. Bringing an undeclared pet will automatically result in a $300 penalty per animal.



Guests & Visitors:

Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property. Additional visitors are not allowed unless previously approved and the applicable daily guest fee has been paid.

We are a legally registered and compliant property.

CITQ Registration Number: 319267 and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).
