Checking in was a bit of confusion Wish they had told us they are independent of the hotel operation It was a small room packed with checking in guests Process was slow due to one check in at the time The towels are old and lots of lint, the living room has no curtains for privacy The streets were a bit noisy Otherwise the stay was ok

When we first arrived at the hotel, we doubted if the Werfy reception was on the ground floor, but a staff member directed us to the fourth floor. Perhaps putting up a signboard could make it easier to find the reception. Other than that, the apartment is nice, clean and close to old Montreal.

Beautiful place to enjoy with your family. Our apartment was on 9 floor. It has a beautiful view. Kitchen was fully equiped. Staff at customer service were very polite, pleasant and understandable. Highly recommend this place. Walking distance to old Montreal.
