The Executive Salon Room, with Full Sea/Beach View, is probably the best place to spend a vacation with family in Mumbai. The Room offers spectacular view of the sunset in the Arabian Sea. The good food and extremely helpful nature of the staff made our stay even more memorable.

The whole room was leaking due to rain and we realized in the middle of the night. We were told it is because of the humidity. If that is the case they should have had dehumidifiers in the room. We changed rooms and it was fine. Cost cutting measures were clearly visible where amenities were stocked as if only 1 person was living in the room. Toiletries were also not restocked properly. Not a single staff member apologized for our discomfort. Everyone had excuses ready. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Top notch service during my visit here. The staff is very respectful and accommodating. Very clean and all is available for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had ample options and the waiting staff was very kind. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Mumbai again.
