Location was perfectly close to juhu chowpatty and juhu koliwada. Hotel atmosphere was relaxed and clean. Room seemed outdated but amenities were up to date. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was not vast but had good options. Baptist was very helpful. I usually stay in Marriott's but this was surprisingly nice.

Hotel was good.. nothing great.. just a convinient location to the juhu beach.. Rooms were normal and clean.. staff was busy but trying their best.. The wierd part was that they were not allowing outside food.. and they dint give Plates and cuttlery in the room saying outside food is not allowed.. seems like they were trying too hard to sell their restaurant food.. but they have to understand if someone is visiting Juhu they would want to enjoy the local food around as there are so many good options..so they shouldnt restrict.. maybe get a waiver signed for people consuming outside food to protect them.

Nice hotel let down by pool area

The hotel itself was excellent. Room was nice, Service and staff were brilliant. However the pool area let it down badly. Not the pool. That was great. But the area was never cleaned or washed down on an evening. It was so dirty. Tables were not cleared and the pool side was disgusting. Need to invest in a pressure washer.
