Sat in the restaurant for 10 minutes to have breakfast and the person never came back out of the kitchen. I was the only person there. The maid service sucked. Room wasn't vaccumed desk wasn't wiped and did not leave any coffee for the next morning. I will not return to this hotel !!!!

2 day stay. Water heater for property was broken but was not informed at check in. Repair completed so that I was able to shower 2nd day. Sensors in room for HVAC were faulty and had to get Maintenance to repair because heat kept shutting off and room temp kept dropping to low 60's

I made a mistake and booked the wrong date. When I called the Hotel they said there wasn't anything they could do. I even had taken out the extra insurance but to no avail. I realize this was my mistake. I was hoping for a little mercy, but none was forthcoming.

There is a MASSIVE dip in the bed closet to the window making it difficult and horrible to sleep in. My back was hurting this morning and throughout the night. There is full blown mold growing in the window seal as well.

Great communication and service

Hotel had a hot water issue. Immediately scrabbled to let everyone know and offered a breakfast for their patience. Even better, is they followed up with a thank you once they quickly solved the issue.

HORRIBLE

Stay was horrible. Room was dirty, trash was left in the room, towels smelled sour, shower curtain didn’t cover shower all the way, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. For it to be a Marriott, this is ridiculous, mattress uncomfortable, just to find out that these have been in the rooms since 2007.. absolutely disgusting

Horrible Stay

When I arrived at the room there were red rose pastels on the floor and the coach and a Valentine candy package in the the night stand draw. There were no sleeper sofa bedding in the closet but a empty bag. The bathroom have a worn out toilet seat that was torn and sliding. The carpet was dirty. I asked for housekeeping and the only thing was done was making up the sleeper sofa. The iron was broken.
