If you are seeking a reasonably priced, safe, immaculate condo in a central location with an extraordinary view, this is the unit that should be on your shortlist.

.Our condo is an end unit (third floor ) with vaulted ceilings facing Arrowhead Golf Course holes #3 and #4 on the Cypress (9) side in the Riverwalk complex.It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed that can be split into two twin beds. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped.

There are three ceiling fans with adjustable speeds for your convenience. Both bathrooms have heat lamps and new high-power exhaust fans. The unit is located in the central part of Myrtle Beach on the inland waterway close to the intersection of Highway 501 and the 17 bypass.

For your enjoyment, the facility has two outdoor swimming pools with Jacuzzi/spa features and one indoor swimming pool. The grounds are also equipped with a private outdoor gas grill, a charcoal grill, and picnic areas next to the swimming pools. Parking is included

No motorcycles /trailers /pets /smoking, or parties are allowed by the owner or HOA.
Must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent
Violating these rules will cancel/void the rental agreement.

Perfect stay

This condo was perfectly located to the places we wanted to go, Coastal Carolina University, MB State Park and North Myrtle. It was 20 minutes to all. Very nice neighborhood with nice pools. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We would stay again! Thank you Rich!

We have stayed in vacation rentals all over the world :US, Mexico, Europe, New Zealand, Tahiti, Costa Rica. This is probably the best and most well-appointed rental we’ve ever experienced. The place is spotless, Rich is an excellent host and everything was easy. It was a beautiful, quiet place right on the golf course and they had everything supplied! It felt like we were staying in our own cozy home. We really loved it!

Short get away

The description is nothing short of perfect. It was as spacious as we expected and the amenities were more than we expected! Absolutely superb

The property grounds were Beautiful, the location was fabulous, and the condo was exactly what Mr Rich described in listing. The view was beautiful overlooking the river inlet and the disc golf course, my boys loved fishing right outside, and it was quiet, but not uncomfortable for my kids (11yo/11yo/13yo) to make normal kids noise. The pool was an easy walk across the parking lot and we could still hear our kids playing from our front balcony in the pool. The condo was decorated adorabley and was equipped with EVERYTHING we could possibly need and more. The beds were decently comfortable and the space indoors was more than enough for our family of 5... we enjoyed the board games and the appreciated the tios left from past guests and owners. It was a fabulous stay, I am not sure I would change anything honestly. We definitely would love to stay here again if we b were to return to Myrtle Beach again. Thank you for offering such a perfect property for our family

Standard Accommodations

We stayed at the condo for a week and it worked for our needs. We would stay again if we were inthe area. Positives were the location, kitchen setup, available beach gear, and balcony on the golf course. Things we would change: bed and showerhead were too short for my 6'3" husband, would have preferred a queen over a swing king/two twins, this is a third floor accommodation with steps. Overall standard accommodations that worked for our stay.

Wonderful and beautiful

I believe I have found my home away from home in Myrtle Beach. Rich made this the best mother daughter trip for my child. The condo was clean, beautiful, and more than what I expected. He provided everything that you made need and more. The beds were super comfy and the view was beautiful. The place is beautifully decorated. I was able to call and text Rich with any special needs. I will return in the near future.
