Because we arrived before the 4 p.m. check-in, we decided to relax at the bar, where we met Vegas, the bartender. She was absolutely amazing—her cocktails were top-notch, and her personality sparkled. Vegas truly embodies what great customer service should be! While at the bar, we also met Joy—and her name says it all! She radiated positivity and made us feel completely at home.
