Quick overnight stay

Great for quick overnight stay. We went on a cruise the next day. Staff was very friendly. About a 5 minute walk to Bourbon if that!

Great location! Short walk to all the action on Bourbon, Frenchman, the stop for the cable car to the Garden District, the football stadium, and the casino. Hotel was nice and well maintained. There were a few minor maintenance issues in our bathroom and our room was not cleaned one day even after requesting, and don't expect a view from most rooms. Other than that the bathroom was very nice and the bed was comfy so it was a good eperience.

Only thing I didnt like was when I call to let them know toilet wasn't working that morning. When I came back that evening it still wasn't working had to go downstairs to use the bathroom. The people in the room beside me was up knocking on people doors and just being loud til someone came out an address then about all the noise

Perfect location to Canal and Bourbon st. Walking distance to Superdome and all attractions. Staff was friendly and nice. Rooms were nicely renovated. Valet parking was quick and easy. I would stay here again.

I generally love the Marriott brand and consider myself a loyal guest, but my recent stay at the AC Hotel in New Orleans left some areas that could be improved. The room floor was not clean upon arrival, the shower only had small pumps of soap left, and the room was uncomfortably hot (I was unable to lower the thermostat below 65°F). Additionally, I noticed that the areas around the hallways and the entrance to the elevator could use more attention, as they appeared worn and not as well-maintained as I’ve come to expect from Marriott properties. I hope these issues can be addressed so that future stays meet the high standards I’ve come to expect. I appreciate the team’s attention to these concerns. Loved the staff!!!!

Its a nice hotel ,a bit outdated rooms though.The outside of the hotel is smelly and dirty.i know its not the hotels fault for the smell or dirtyness.Very sad that this city is liketjis .it looks like a nice place to visit however the homeless peolpe,smell and dirty restaurants will not have me coming back #bucket list.

The coffee pot was dirty and hard to get it plugged in because of the position it was in. Also the shower wasn’t very clean around the doors and floor.
