Downtown New Orleans Balcony Suite 2 Minute Walk to French Quarter 2B

Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft House, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District. This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a 400 sq ft private balcony. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. The owners are local, check us out we would love to have you!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

The suite downtown was wonderful! So spacious and had everything we needed. I loved the balcony. It was perfect for morning coffee and evening wind downs before bed. Genesis was a wonderful host. So friendly and very responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in New Orleans.

This place is a hidden gem next to all the places I love in New Orleans! Sitting a very short walk from Canal Street you have access to the French Quarter for daytime sight seeing, fun nightlife and great eateries. It was the best sleep I've gotten in months with a clean, tidy atmosphere, comfy beds, ample room, and a beautiful balcony. We really had a great time. Our host was attentive and accommodating and provided all the information we needed. Parking was not bad either. Some in our party found street parking, some opted to pay for the weekend. So there is a mix. If this place is available, I would 10/10 recommend!

Wet and noisy

While this location looked cute in the listing, I was underwhelmed upon arrival. The floors were dirty enough that we couldn't walk barefoot without our feet turning black. The balcony was lovely but we had people out on the other half making all kinds of noise from 3-4 am. On the last day there was torrential rain that flooded half the room despite closed windows. The hallway and stairs were also flooded from some other source. Absurd for how much they charged that there was such poor upkeep of the building

Amazing Apartment

We stayed here for my son's 21st birthday. We are New Orleans regulars but this is my child's first time being 100% legal in the quarter. The beds are comfy, theres a couch with trundle bed and an air matress. The balcony is peaceful and RIGHT ABOVE RUBY SLIPPER!

Lovely Stay

Our family of 6 had a great time in New Orleans. The studio apartment was perfect for our family. We were able to easily access Canal Street and the French Quarter. We will definitely be back and will stay longer next time.

Amazing and beautiful location

The place was beautiful and very spacious. The balcony was lovely to have some coffee on in the morning before starting the day. Everything was in easy walking distance. Since you are so close to everything the street noise can be loud sometimes so be prepared for that. The host was so amazing at communicating it made it very easy to check in and out.

Great location

This property is in a great location. French Quarter, Caesars Superdome, and excellent shopping all within walking distance. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the French Quarter without the noise. The host was very helpful and the property was clean. Having a balcony is an added bonus.

Great Location for Downtown New Orleans

Unique place to stay and close to French Quarter and great places to eat. A bit noisy from the many people and traffic on the street below on Friday night that we stayed. Also difficult for my wife to access the balcony.
