We use advance concepts to effectively reduce all risk associated with Covid. How nice it is to remove yourself from the public to the private world of staying in NOLA. Our home is fully licensed and in compliance with all city ordinances. Our license number is 17STR03783 . WE HAVE A RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY DUE TO COVID19!
We have implemented the same technology and disinfectants used in various industries from cruise ships, gyms, hospitals, hospitality, parks, pools, schools, and universities. Our sanitizing agent is EPA compliant approved and offers each guest reassurance that we are utilizing multi-approaches to cleaning and to reduce risk. This historic renovated home has a master bedroom with Queen size bed and en suite master bath with Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom on the first floor comes with a Queen-size bed. A full bathroom is located conveniently across the hall along with the laundry room with washer/dryer. Upstairs in the open loft are two full size beds with another full en suite bathroom. The forth bedroom is a mixed use bedroom that includes the living room. Ample storage for clothing and gear throughout the home. Front and back porches for kicking back before hitting the town or rehashing the nights events. Large back yard with private gated off street parking for you and your guests. NOLA LIC # 17 STR 03783

This location was so close to so many things to do and places to eat. The host was delightful to work with, and very communicative. The house was clean and had nice large common areas. We would definitely stay here again if returning to New Orleans.

Quintessential New Orleans! The property had everything you would need, including plenty of coffee and a basket of snacks. The off street parking was a major plus! Upon first arrival you may be concerned about the close proximity to the large, noisy highway behind the property, but once inside it was surprisingly quiet. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for us to gather and be comfortable. It was very well located near many attractions and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Definitely well stocked. Surprisingly quiet behind next to the freeway. Very comfy and lots of things in walking distance. You have to enter from the back with a garage door not the front. Beds were comfy. Upstairs has a small bathroom but worked. Safe neighborhood.

The whole house was set up to meet and exceed any expectations any traveler/visitor may have. Forgot to pack a toothbrush no propblem, shampoo no problem, body wash again no problem. Ample amount of space for a full family to stay comfortably.The courtyard in the back which is the way you enter is well kept and inviting. I would reserve this house again without hesitation. I'd rate this Vrbo a 10!

This property was centrally located and an oasis in the urban sprawl. Only downside the the traffic noise when in the backyard, but it was a minor issue at best. I would certianally stay here again.
