The space is thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. - You`ll enter the home in the Living Room, which is open to the bedroom area
- Continuing on, you`ll walk through the bedroom area and then a small hallway with the bathroom
- At the rear of the home is the fully-stocked kitchen and dining table

There is a noise-monitoring device inside the home (as required by law) that measures the sound levels to ensure guests are not disturbing neighbors.

The Lower Garden District is indeed a highly walkable neighborhood, offering convenient access to various amenities. It is situated along a bus route, making public transportation easily accessible. Additionally, nearby bike paths provide alternative transportation options. Residents can also enjoy strolling to the historic St. Charles streetcar line, which connects them to both uptown and downtown areas of New Orleans, enhancing the neighborhood`s appeal for exploring the city`s diverse attractions and culture.
This home is not handicap accessible. There are stairs that lead up to the front door.

Please carefully read our house rules below
1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their profile. Please do not remove your ID from your profile at any point during the booking process, or your visit. This will trigger automatic cancellation of your reservation.
2. Please be mindful of of noise during quiet hours - the owner lives in the adjoining unit.
3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.
4. Clean towels are a provided amenity, and there`s a washer and dryer in the unit if you need to refresh them during your stay.
5. Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 deodorization fee. Please smoke outside of the property.
6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. All rental platforms specifically ban parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and a ban from the platform.
7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.
8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels. Makeup towels are provided for you.
9. If the space is left excessively dirty, $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.
10. This home does not allow pets. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 fine.
11. After youâve read these rules, please send me a message with the words âyellow kangarooâ, it will let me know that you have read the rules thoroughly.
12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from âLocalsâ at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.
13. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.
14. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.
15. Message us for long term stays.
16. All of our TV`s are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out.
17. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know no earlier than a few days prior to your reservation date, and we will determine if it`s possible. We are unable to confirm early check-in (or late check-out) requests for future dates. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge $25/hour for the additional booking time. This will also be in place for dropping luggage off or leaving your luggage after checkout time has passed. Payment will be requested through the platform after your additional time has been approved.
