Such a great launching point

Has such a great trip to New Orleans, and one11 hotel was part of that. The room was trendy and clean. The happy hour at the bar was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. Close to everything, which made it great for sightseeing.

Property is clean and fresh. Air cub a little cold in public areas! Staff were mostly pleasant and friendly but tube gut at breakfast, very moody and definitely unhappy in his work! Rooms only cleaned if you asked at reception which is new to me. No hotel parking so had to use the car park outside, $66 per night, absolutely scandalous! Hotel is in the French quarter and within easy reach of all attractions

The property was clean, aesthetically pleasing, safe, and it was just really peaceful. the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great and had so many restaurants near by to walk to. We were able to visit so many places.

Great hotel in a great location. Just enough outside of the nightlife, but still very walkable to most attractions. Staff were always so friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and a great size. You have to request room cleaning but it was no problem. Our mini fridge wasn't working and when we called the front desk to let them know, they quickly brought us up a new fridge. Would stay again!

Great place to stay!

An amazing hotel that was a pleasure to stay in. The rooms and environment were extremely comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The only minor drawback was the poor Wifi. I would recommend anyone visiting NOLA to stay here!

We stayed in the Crescent Suite, and it was beautiful. Corner so wall to wall riverview windows, brick walls, wood posts and exposed beams. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Trains at night didn't bother me, but we walked all day every day.

Gem of a hotel

Hotel was amazing. Walking distance from Bourbon Street and the casino. You can look out from the balcony and see the water. Front desk staff was helpful. I will definitely be back.

The Hotel was very modern and super clean. You do have to pay for parking which is expected unless you find free parking on the street. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel throughout the French quarters. I definitely would stay here again when I come back to visit.

The property was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. Our suite was spectacular and the views were exactly what we wanted. It’s close to everything, yet safe and quiet. And the staff went above and beyond to help us give us information and cater to our every need. We will definitely be staying there again when we go back to The Big Easy! We give them more than five stars! 🌟
