Its small, but in a good cozy quaint way. Absolutely fabulous communication! And wonderful Location! Plan on coming back and staying here again!

Affordable in the French Quarter

Perfect place to stay in the French Quarter. Close to everything. (Bourbon St bar area and French market a 10 minute walk) Affordable. Easiest check in and check out ever. Code given to you over email. Garden Room was appropriate for French Quarter. Lots of charm. Room is small, but we spent no time in it anyway. Mattress probably needs an upgrade. Walls are thin. Didn’t bother us because we have teens/early 20 kids so we can fall asleep anywhere. Neighborhood is safe. They can accommodate big groups with connecting rooms, but I found it perfect for couples looking to experience the French Quarter without a car for a few days.

Great location, 1 block from Bourbon Street. Area felt safe, walking distance to many jazz clubs, bars, and restaurants. Despite the proximity to Bourbon Street, it was very quiet!

Convenience location near all attractions like Bourbon Street and Jackson Square. Quiet neighborhood even though it was near the action. Room was rustic but clean. We had a problem with the heater, but the management sent a second space heater to help out. In general, the room was very cute and in character with the French border. The water pressure was Low. The bed was soft, but these were not major issues.

Had a wonderful stay at Royal Barracks Guest House. Hosts were responsive and friendly and it was easy to come and go. The property provides a very private and uniquely NOLA experience. Incredibly walkable with exceptional nearby food, drink and music venues. The guest house exceeded our expectations. Hope to return soon!

French Quarter Charm

Room is just off Bourbon Street. Close enough to walk to the action within minutes yet far enough that it was safe and quiet. Would definitely book again.

Great Honeymoon!

Our room was well maintained, clean, and close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. There’s a beautiful little courtyard attached and the vibe was very laid back and chill. We had to enter through a locked gate to get to our room, which also had a keypad lock and we felt safe our whole stay. My wife and I are already talking about booking again and making another trip. We had a great honeymoon!
