The hotel experience was nice. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was average. Perhaps our housekeeper was rushing to get our room ready but our shower wasn’t the cleanest.besides that, the room was very comfortable. My wife and I loved how close to everything we were. We don’t mind walking and so we were able to walk to Bourbon and Canal Street within 10 minutes. The parking in the area is expensive. The hotel doesn’t have their own free parking, only an expensive valet service. We paid for street side parking on the first day then found a free spot the next day. We stayed there for the last 2 days. We always felt safe. All in all it was a great experience.

Best last minute hotel stay I’ve have in a long time. Was clean breakfast was good nice outdoor patio staff was friendly and helpful. I was was even able to change the dates of my stay with no problems. I always enjoy my stay at the sonatas.

We had no hot water the entire time and heard that other hotel rooms didn't even have water. They couldn't put us in a new room because they didn't have any available. The best thing about this place was Moa the receptionist from Nicaragua, he was so amazing and helpful and he gave us the BEST recommendations for food & drinks. Also the suite room that has two bedrooms was huge and had plenty of space. Just no warm water.

I gave it four stars overall because for my entire stay my TV never worked. I inquired about it with the staff several times and each time I was given the excuse that it was the provider. And not one person tried to help or rectify the issue. Other than that it was great.

My whole entire stay we didn’t get no room service. To clean our room. We had to keep going to the desk for towels. Our phone in the room didn’t work. They double charge me for my room. I had already paid the protection plan. We I got there they charge us again

Business Away From Home

These apartments are the perfect stay on the go! Not only do they come equipped with a full kitchen, but I can even do yoga or a dance routine in the living room. So spacious! I was pleasantly surprised by the towel quality, although I do agree with other reviews here about access to the valet. Area is super convenient and right across from the police station. Made not a single person in the area ever made me feel unsafe but you definitely will see a mix of people here.

The Staff was friendly, and the hotel was immaculate. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. I just didn't like having to use the card key for the elevator. I'm sure it's for security reasons, but it's annoying.
