The staff was unprofessional. The front desk was not helpful. They made us sit out in the lobby for four hours to get one room ready everybody’s running around playing music and cursing each other out as fun did not like the atmosphere and the rooms was nasty. Doors was broken towels didn’t look clean and tub was too big to get in and out for being the age. We are at 65 and 75.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times before. I guess some rooms were renovated and some were not. The room could use some painting and thorough cleaning. The let out couch matress needs to be replaced. It was FLAT. I understand that it is not the most comfortable thing, but you could tell that it had not been replaced in a while. We asked for comforters several times and were told they were out each time. I understand the this is a very busy season, however cleanliness is next to God. The elevator floors were very dirty all the time. The cleanliness of the facility will say a lot about your stay. The rooms were spacious for a 2 bedroom suite. I don't think that my family and I will stay here next mardi gras season.
