Staff didn’t make it clear what parking garage was theirs, so I parked in the garage connected to the hotel and ended up with a $150 boot on my truck. Your staff should be able to communicate properly with customers.,

I would’ve given this property if they had parking available for free for hotel guests. They offer overnight valet parking but it’s about $53 a night. The parking garage next door was a better option with in and out capabilities however there is no working elevator. I also hate that there was some college student trip on the last couple of days of my stay. The students were loud, took over the dining area so you had to bring your breakfast up to your room to eat and the elevators were always full due to this. The students were very loud in the balcony area where you can sit outside at night and left trash everywhere. If it weren’t for the college students and parking issue I would’ve given 5 stars. I would stay here again hopefully next time it won’t be a big group of college students during my stay.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. The breakfast sucks. Good location. It is across the street from where a lot of homeless people stay and a hospital. That didn't bother me, because they were ne er an issue.

The room was clean and very spacious. It was a safe area near our destination at the Smoothie King Center. It was very walkable with many great restaurants nearby. I did not see vallet on duty when we arrived. Lots of convenient pay to park right next door/nearby. It was very quiet and easy to get a good nights sleep. I would stay again! It was an excellent value for the price.

Wifi wasn't working during my 4 day stay. Room itself was great... very clean, spacious, lots of outlets in good spots. Breakfast was 6.5/10. Staff was quite polite. My room and floor were pretty quiet, although from wandering, others were not as lucky. NOLA has a lot of homelessness and crime, and this is right downtown, so I wouldn't recommend for women traveling alone. Internal security is decent, keycard required to enter lobby and work elevator.

The door guy and the front desk man were so friendly and enjoyable to engage with. After we checked in we noticed our tv didn’t work and after they attempted to fix it they immediately upgraded us to a family suite with working tvs. There was construction going on but we couldn’t hear it in our room. The bed was comfy and the amenities were unexpectedly nice!

So, trip ok. Room great.. valet not so good. Supposedly they didn’t write a ticket for our car on the day we arrived. Find that hard to believe because we asked for our car on Sunday and they got our car first time around. Second time took almost 45 mins. Said they didn’t have access to get the car. Finally got it… got a notification for my credit card. Get ready….. I was charged 269.35 for I’m not sure what. 100.00 was for ensidentials and that parking 45 a night would come off that… ok cool… Saturday was charged 43.99 they can’t tell me WHY…. Then at midnight Monday morning charged 125.99…. Can’t tell me why….. room was paid in full before we got here… so was told come back 8a the manger will be in then… like really… what is the money missing for. CHECK YOUR STAY AND PAYMENT AND HOW MUCH U ARE BEING CHARGED.
