The parking garage next door never had any spaces. Tried to park for 2 days and never found a spot. Had to finally use valet parking for $53 per day. And it’s not handled by the hotel, it’s a separate company. Our room had a broke kitchen sink faucet and the bathroom shower had half of a door.

The hotel is clean and in an excellent location. The staff are not very friendly but professionals. It is simple but fair for the price. We were there for one week and I thought they would come for ar least one full cleaning but it never happened even by my son’s request. Overall it was a good experience.

Called the room multiple times to replace the bed sheet it had makeup or stains on it the front desk picks up and hangs the phone up in your face they never came and then we requested new towels never got them and i was charged $76 for no reason and then took almost an hour to receive the car from valet

We arrived around 2pm, checked our luggage and was assured our room would be ready by 4 (check-in time). When we returned, a new manager was there who told us he did not have a room for us. After we stressed we had booked the room three weeks prior and had been assured our room would be ready when we checked our luggage, he sent us up to a room with the bathroom under construction. Ultimately, we left with no room. Also, the lobby and amenities are very poor and run down. The actual room, aside from the bathroom, was decent enough.

I’m aware that this building was an office, turned into apartments and then eventually a hotel. Many of the apartment features are still present. Please change the shower doors or lack there of. Way too much water ends up on the floor. You can see the water damage on the ceiling. I loved the 2 bedroom that I stayed in.

The room was okay. But garbage can under the kitchen sink was still filled with previous guest’s leftovers and trash. Overall was clean. Morning breakfast bar could be improved. Selections were rather sparse and not well maintained. Regular coffee ran out one morning and no cereals were available. Fruits were also limited. Could be improved. Also Let me add that one employee, Dale, was outstanding. Always greeted us with a warm smile and friendly conversation and helpful attitude. He is a keeper.
