The property at first glance is great. We were early and couldn't check in which was OK. They held our luggage. This was ridiculous. All they did was tag the bag and set them on tables, chairs, and the floor of the breakfast dinning area and in the open part of the lobby with a simple roped area. Nothing secure. The free breakfast was horrible, cold, and chaotic. For a hotel with 37 floors to have a breakfast area that seat approx only 50 people at a time and a buffet serving area the size of galley kitchen just does not work. Breakfast is served 6am-10am. My family and I were on the 14th floor. There are 5 elevators. You would think this would be sufficient for such a large hotel…HELL NO. This is because they run by assignment by scanning your room key. They only fit a max of 5 adults. My family and I scanned for the elevator from the 14th floor at approx 7:50am to go for breakfast. We did not get an elevator that was room enough for us and get down to breakfast until 8:30am. Every time an elevator stopped it was packed to the brim and could not take more passengers. When we did get down to breakfast, there were no seats, because there were about 200 people scrunched in a room that has seating for about 50/60 and about 50 more people in the galley buffet area all running into each other, cutting people off and grabbing at food. All while the manager stood leaning against a wall smiling and laughing with coffee in hand. We will NEVER stay there again.
