Very late check in, after 5:00 PM. Elevators were very, very, very slow!! Front desk personnel were not helpful and did care about the late check in after 5:00 PM. Breakfast kitchen personnel were very nice and courteous.

The room was very uncomfortable and unexpectedly small. The elevator took 20 minutes to come down or up and it was always full , sometimes it would stop and have some people get off and take the stairs.

We have had such a great time here and the staff are so kind and helpful. Room was lovely and the location was perfect for us. Check-in’s in and out was smooth and bag check very easy. Could use more seating in the lobby for waiting but otherwise great.

The elevator situation was terrible!! Beware. We were waiting in hallways for 20+ minutes to take the elevator. We were on the 16th floor, so the stairway was not easy for a great option. In our 27+ years of traveling- this was the first “elevator problem” we’d ever experienced. Rooms were clean, extremely small, and after waiting in lines to get the included breakfast at 8:30am, we set our plates down and walked to a nearby restaurant- there were ZERO seats to eat your breakfast, and people standing everywhere. The room was super small, the AC ran all night, I was over charged, want told about any amenities including exercise room that didn’t exist. The elevators were electronically controlled, they stopped at every, “EVERY”, floor on the way down. I’m 50 probably one of the worse place I ever stayed. They might even be worse than motel 6

I didnt try the breakfast however it looked great. Location was perfection given we were there for the holidays. Definitely would return. Only thing to note is that the rooms are super small but it is NYC so you can't expect much larger.

Great location! Room was very small. Air conditioning did not work well and maintenance tried to fix, but did not fix so we were hot while trying to sleep. The breakfast was great, but it needs more seating for breakfast as it was very crowded and nowhere to sit for breakfast. Also, housekeeping was supposed to clean our room (empty trash, replenish towels, etc…) every other day. However, on day 3 of our stay housekeeping did not come and I had to call to request for the trash to be removed.
