Rooms were extremely small. They were closet size. Bathroom was extremely small could barely move around in it. If I was heavy set person I wouldn’t have been able to fit in the bathroom.

It was easy access in & out ,the bed was ok the only draw back is the pillows was not very good.

Great location.

Hotel is well placed very close to Time Square, transport and theatres. Rooms were clean and well appointed making clever use room space. Thought the lift system was quite clever using room key to book the lift, very efficient. All staff we interacted with were polite and helpful. Roof top bar is worth a visit, especially at night. Buffet breakfast was good too. Will reccomend this hotel.

When we returned to our room after four in the afternoon, it still had not been cleaned. Therefore, we did not have clean towels, so we had to reuse the towels and wash clothes. After that, we put a do not disturb sign on the door because we didn’t want them to come in while we were trying to get ready to go out.

Property was located adjacent to Times Square which was great. The staff was excellent. The rooms were ultra small and the ac did not work very well. Made for some hot, sweaty fitful sleep.
