The basic bathroom necessities in the room wasn't provided. The waste bins were not covered with the paper to avoid stains. This isn't the normal cos I have stayed here before.

The hotel shuttle was very efficient and all staff were friendly. There's not much around the hotel, but there is a restaurant on site. The food portions were fantastic! The front desk staff were very accommodating. The only things we were unsatisfied with were that there was no in-room safe and the bathroom sink did not have hot water. Overall, we had a good stay!

The staff was very friendly but our room was not clean. The room was not vacuumed properly and there were crumbs everywhere and cracked nut shells on the floor by the beds. There were also stains on the sheets.
