staff, attention and cleanliness 10 stars, unaware that the pool was used for swimming lessons the instructor who as a joke and tried to put rules on not using the pool stairs or distracting the students, kids will be kids and wanted to interact and play, we paid to use the amenity, unfortunately the pool was then closed for the rest of the weekend, not acceptable very disappointed

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and very clean, breakfast had many options and food was hot and tasty, and all staff were very helpful and kind. The pool was smaller than we anticipated, we never did use the pool because there were so many people in it each evening but it seemed clean. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.
