We stayed at the Econo Lodge just one night. The guest room was small but clean. The toilet was a little loud and but we had a good sleep. My main complaint was that the sidewalks and the outside stairs were very unkept and dirty and so it kind of gave me a yucky vibe

It's not a 4 star hotel, but it is clean, well kept and has great parking. The pool has great hours (8-12) so even if you get in late, you can get a swim in. Part of the 2nd level had the lights off and that felt a little unsafe, but I liked the setup of the hotel structure and the rooms were clean and a good size. Breakfast in the AM was a bit hectic and the space was a little small, but kudos to the stafd restocking and emptying trash - they had a massive task and I was thankful for their diligence. It did seem like a guy was camped out in the gazebo by the pool, but he wasn't bothering guests. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good spot for a quick stay and I'd stay there again.

It’s an older motel, there are window units and it’s a little damp in the rooms. Other than that, not a bad place . Very clean rooms, shower had plenty of hot water. I didn’t personally interact with the staff but my husband did and he said they were pleasant. The pool itself wasn’t bad but when we went out, there were some other people drinking and smoking weed, we weren’t into that so we went back to our room. They do have breakfast but we didn’t have it either day of our stay so can’t speak on the quality of it. The beds weren’t the greatest, kinda soft for my liking but my husband and kid slept great. Overall it’s a good deal for the price.

The condition of this property is simply unacceptable. This so called "hotel" shouldn’t even be promoted online. Don’t be misled by the heavily edited photos they are completely disconnected from reality. We made our reservation over a month in advance and were genuinely excited about staying here as part of our road trip to Niagara Falls. However, upon arrival, we were shocked by what we saw. The place looked like it belonged on the set of a horror movie. Still, we tried to be patient and gave it a chance, hoping the room might be in better condition. Unfortunately, that hope faded quickly. We couldn’t even stay for more than 10 minutes. We grabbed our belongings, returned to the car, and immediately booked a different hotel. I went to the front desk to request a refund or at least some resolution, but the staff told me I needed to contact Hotels.com because it was a third-party booking they said there was nothing they could do. I followed their instructions and explained everything to a Hotels.com representative, only to be offered a coupon for “my next trip" not even worth a quarter of what I paid. Honestly, I’d rather lose what I paid for the booking than ever use Hotels.com again. My family and I were loyal customers until now. This was a deeply disappointing and awful experience, not just with the hotel, but with the lack of support and accountability from Hotels.com.

1. The bathroom faucet wasn’t working. I complained three times, but no action was taken. 2. The bathroom tub is too small. 3. Expired creamer was kept in the cafeteria. 4. The receptionist appeared to be somewhat inattentive. 5. The Expedia review does not seem reliable.
