First we checked in and realized we could have checked in an hour earlier - website said check in was 4pm but it was 3pm Then they give us our room key and as we proceeded to make our way upstairs to our room, the elevator sounded like it was going to break / come crashing down. We decided not to use the elevator for the remainder of our stay for fear of getting stuck. When we entered our room, it was extremely dirty. Crumbs, marks on the glass, hair on the towels, and faeces on the toilet. There were cloths left behind on the counters but we were pretty sure nothing had been cleaned. We went to call the front desk. And our phone didn’t even have a cord to call down. After returning from dinner we rentered our room and there was a terrible smell. We could not even stay in our room longer than 2 min because the smell was so terrible. The anointing room to ours was noisy and we could hear their conversations. When we went downstairs to switch rooms, one of the receptionists tried to just “clean our room” but thankfully we were able to switch to another room. This room had blood stains on the couch and lampshade but we were told it was the last Room available. Very disappointed with our stay!

Room was down right disgusting. Brown stuff in shower, smelly fridge, dirty floors and sink. Sheets were stained. Not enough pillows or towels. Asked for more, but they didnt have any. Manager and worker got in fight and he threw a coffee pot at the worker in front of guests. Daughter fell in pool area and no workers could be found to even tell. Had to go to urgent care on vacation. Towels in pool area were completely moldy. Stuff was floating in the pool. All around bad experience. Couldnt wait to check out.

I enjoyed the full breakfast, it was not just coffee and some danishes, it was complete breakfast: eggs, sausages, toast, waffles, cereal, coffee, juices and fruit. The staff was super courteous and offered lots of dining choices for the area. I will definitely stay here again.
