When I entered in booked room, it was dirty and they changed only sheets of beds. After complaining and requested to change the room first they refused when I told one person/lady to come and see I am complaining about she came after two hours and top of that I had to go personally down to see whether she is busy but found she is watching views in her cell phone and she pretended that I was busy. After looking the room then she said I will change it. At 3:00 AM during mid night she changed the room. It was a terrible experience I faced. I wanted to cancel the hotel also but it was very late so I did not do it.

Staff were nice & helpful. It was 9 pm, in the lobby, I commented that there was no decade coffee, more was brewed. Next morning, waffles weren’t being made properly in the waffle iron. I told the desk clerk. He said, maybe it’s the batter. He changed it & then the waffles were being baked properly in the waffle iron. Breakfast was good, they had plain cheerios & fruit loops. White & brown bread available for toasting & apples were there. Coffee, decade coffee & hot water for tea was available.

Long time Hotels.com customer, first time reviewer. We frequent this hotel every few months because it's a decently-priced, no frills and convenient location hotel to stay. Last week, we discovered flies and uncleaned sheets. Flies - no problem. We killed them all. We were already situated for the night. Then later upon bedtime, we discovered hair and uncleaned sheets. We made a report to the staff, they politely offered a different room. We went to the other room and the lightbulbs weren't working so we decided to stick with our first room. Just get new sheets right? Wrong. We found 3 live bed bugs in the sheets. Absolutely disgusting. We made another report and gave them 7 days to contact us for either an apology or a discount which they never did. Hence this report / review. DO NOT STAY HERE. This place has really gone down the tubes. They used to serve a hot egg and bacon breakfast, but now they don't. Also the walls are paper-thin. We will not be returning again, sorry!

White powder in and around the vents of the air conditioner. Dirty floors everywhere. Shower floor was peeling and gross. Bathroom in the lobby had feces on the wall. Lamp shades were caved in. We had to ask for a different room three times before we were satisfied enough to stay.

I’ve stayed here a few times in the past, and unfortunately, this most recent stay was a complete nightmare. I have never experienced anything this unacceptable at a hotel before. The room they assigned to us was in appalling condition. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Stains, and a clear lack of any proper cleaning or maintenance. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all before we checked in. I even have videos that show exactly how the room was handed to us. For a hotel that claims to care about guests’ comfort, this was beyond disappointing, it was unsanitary and unacceptable. On top of that, the service made everything worse. The receptionist was extremely rude from the moment we arrived. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they acted as if we were bothering them. There was zero effort to accommodate us, no apology, no empathy, and no solution offered. The overall customer service was terrible and completely unprofessional.

VERY LOUD! toilet was backed up all night asked to switch my room and they said they would send maintenance the next day. When they came they left all the dirty toilet water all over the floor including towels they used to try and wipe it up .

The staff was great but the design of the building was inconvenient. There was no elevator and the bathroom inside the room had a towel rack above the toilet with no lid which made it very easy for the towels to fall into the toilet.

The worst hotel. The floors are incredibly dirty and even black in some spots. The breakfast was sorely lacking and the bread and waffles were sour and not good. They only had waffles, toast, cereal, and vanilla yogurt. With the waffles and toast being rotten, your only options were cheerios or froot loops. The pool deck and pool bottom were covered in dirt. The walls are not insulated at all and you can hear your neighbors talking at a regular volume.

The room itself was clean, the rest of the facility was not. Our room was on the first floor by an emergency exit that people used often at night. Our room also seemed to be by the employee stations and was very noisy.
