Great condo and super convenient to everything

We stayed at this condo for 9 nights during a National dance competition/convention. The communication and responsiveness of the host was probably the best I have ever experienced! The phone number seems to be her direct line. She either answers it or calls you back relatively quickly. When you email through the app, she even responses almost immediately. We really appreciated this! My kids needed to compete super early in the morning after the even we arrived. The host was really accommodating. She contacted us to let us know when the cleaners were done, so that we could check-in and get settled early, so we would be ready for an early morning the next day. The condo looked clean and smelt really sanitized upon arrival. Again, we arrived as soon as the cleaners left. The condo is so convenient to everything! I appreciated how simple the decor was in the condo. Whenever we stay at places with lots of decor, I am always so concerned about the kids or myself ruining/breaking something. I could relax here. There were plenty of supplies left behind for us to make it through the 10 days: extra garbage bags, tide pods, dishwasher pods, hand soap, toilet paper etc. We did end up using 2 paper towel rolls that I had brought along since only 1 roll was left. That is typical though. The condo was a tad bit smaller than other condos we have previously stayed at in the same subdivision, but it worked for us. We would definitely stay here again! It was just ok..

We were only at the property for one night. We checked in after our first day at the hair show, and luckily only planned to freshen up and drop bags bc by 5:40, our unit had not been cleaned yet. Don’t plan on sleeping on the couch, it’s hard as a rock. And, the whole place had an odor, inside and out. I, also felt like the information about the amenities of the property could’ve been more clearly communicated. The property is huge and there was no information giving clarity on where everything is or how to get there. The unit served its purpose though and thankfully there was a quick response to the place not being cleaned.

Great property! Will stay again!

Brought our staff for a work event. The property is clean, modern, and perfect for a group or family. We will stay again if it’s available for our staff. Communication was just right, location can’t be beat and the beds were super comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic stay!

We were in town for a National dance competition and had a very busy schedule! The condo was very clean and up to date and great to come back to after a long day. We cooked almost every night and fully enjoyed the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the back balcony in the evenings. The pools were wonderful and very relaxing! The host was very prompt with any questions we had. We will definitely consider staying again.

Great Apartment

We loved our stay here. Great renovated apartment with all facilities needed for a great vacation. Needs a little more attention to detail on cleaning and there was a strong smell of smoke on day we arrived as if someone had smoked inside but it disappeared quickly. My only criticism would be the sheets on the master bed seemed to big and constantly came off when moving.
