Perfect- They thought of every detail!
My husband and I stay at hotels at least 3-4 days a month- and after this stay, we will look for available Embassy suites as first choice. The woman at the front desk was very helpful as we were double booked by the convention agency. The room layout was perfect- like a small apartment with a desk for work, very comfortable beds and linens, with extra blankets and an air purifier (nice touch- my husband didn't sneeze once there!). The made to order breakfast and Happy hour every evening was just that extra touch that exceeded all the other hotels. It was a great choice, and is now our preference!

the good, great location! the bad, The room was dirty carpet had sticky spots, when we arrive one of the beds wasn't made properly seem like they use the same bed coverings from the last guest that stayed in the room housekeeping came and change both beds out very quickly. There was water dripping from the bathroom ceiling right above the toilet, building and ground seem old and not maintained properly The Embassy suites across from icon park is better at the same price point

We liked that the hotel was within walking distance of what we were there for. We didn't like how the floors were so sticky around the dining area.

I used Expedia points for this booking but the hotel charged me the full price before I even arrived. I wasted over of hour of time during my vacation between Expedia and the hotel - both blaming the other. Finally arrived at 11pm and they gave us a room with a conference table instead of a living room. They found me a different room but after a long day at Disney and fighting for a refund (which I still don’t have), it was very disappointing.
