Additional $128’s in fees charged at time of check in. Parking is not included with the room…. You have to pay for that too. Rooms are a bit dated and all metal surfaces suffered form of exposed rust… several wooden furniture items had broken ends from what appeared to be water damage. You could hear the springs in the bed any time you moved…did not even have real pillows, each bed had three 12 inch x 12inch throw pillows that you would find on a couch. None of these things were “fresh or new” damages…. When reported to front desk… simply replied with “huh…. We will ask maintenance” Online booking images are not the true view of the hotel. Would not return nor recommend hotel without some real updates/improvements for a family stay. However perfect for young adults on a budget spring break type trip

Once we got there, they tried to charge us an additional $110 for the stay when me reservation clearly stated no additional fees. We were then advised that the elevator was broken. The photos definitely didn’t match the current quality of the hotel and the staff had a very poor attitude.. Needless to say, we did not stay there.

The room looked as though it had been recently updated. The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast isn't much, but it will do. The rest of the property needs to be renovated, but for the price and location, it worked out fine for me.

This place wants to charge you for parking. There are many many open spots. It’s not like they are tight on parking… And $22 a day in amenities, bathroom sink would only dispense very hot water could not get cooler water out of it Staff was courteous and hotel was convenient to attractions

The add on pricing is ridiculous. The breakfst was un servable hard pancakes and we got charged to park and eat and shuttle we didnt use.

Check in took about 30-40 minutes and i was second in line. The system they work on must be ancient because it took forever to get anyone checked in. Also the front desk attendants didn’t manage priorities well or have any ability to manage a line of guests. Instead of prioritizing customers checking in (a very long line) the front desk staff kept allowing existing guests to cut in line to ask questions about getting change, tomorrows shuttle, and other questions that took forever for them to address while many people were standing in line still waiting to check in. It was the most unorganized and tedious process I’ve ever been in at a hotel. The room was clean enough. No streaming ability on the tv, just live cable and half the channels came in fuzzy. I wouldn’t recommend this place, but you could also do worse. It really just needs better staff and an updated system for check in.

The price was super affordable and staff was really nice! They held our bags for us even after checkout which was really convenient. The location is close to theme parks and nearby restaurants.

Will never stay here again. Check in was supposed to be 3pm. Did not get a room until SIX PM after coming in even earlier than 3 and was told check in was firm at 3… yeah right. So if someone checks out late and you know someone is already trying to check in why don’t you assign them another room?? Ridiculous. Also only ONE person working the desk when so many people are trying to check in. Floors were dirty, the tv had lines in through it and constantly had a static noise sounding like it was gonna blow while it was running. Beds were hard and the breakfast was completely inedible my 2 year old wouldn’t even eat it. Will NEVER stay here again.
