We enjoyed our stay. A plus is the free parking and continental breakfast. It's a good spread too, and it's not just muffins and cereal. There's two waffle makers to make your own, one for a large one and the other makes mini's and they're sooooo good. Super close to Universal and not very far from other parks. If you're looking for quiet and not the hustle and bustle of the overcrowded, noisy resorts, this is the place to stay. We're already looking to book our next stay.

Very Subpar

The staff at check in and check out were AMAZING!!!! The room on the other hand was below standards, the second i walked in the room it smelled damp and humid, the ceiling 1-large amount of black mold 2-water damage being covered by paint. I’m going to go with the mold being that the frame around the mirror has weird spots, the bathroom towels were dingy, not white and to top it off there was hair on the bathroom ceiling im assuming from an old cleaning rag. All night there was a loud noise for a couple of seconds that kept waking me up. In the morning, we realized it was coming from the elevator. I didn’t make a fuss because I was there on a quick trip. I basically needed a place to shower, sleep for a few hours, grab some coffee and keep going. I’ve enjoyed plenty of Hampton before and a lot better hotels in the same area.

Room carpet was flooded, had to switch to rooms at 2 am after getting ti the hotel, Christine was very helpful and efficient she was amazing, but the room was a mess and housekeeping was waking up so early in the morning even after we didn’t open the first time and they saw the door was locked they tried another time ,could improve
