The room was decent, and the bed was comfortable, but the parking situation was frustrating. There’s a $26 daily parking fee, yet parking isn’t even on the property—you have to pay by phone, which felt very inconvenient. On top of that, the key cards kept malfunctioning. For a two-night stay, I ended up paying $77 just for parking, which is ridiculous considering this isn’t even a resort.

My partner and I religiously check underneath covers and sheets incase of bedbugs, while we did not find bed bugs, we did in fact find dust and other debris on both beds.

Towels on the floor when we arrived. It was fine that beds were not made after we used them, they told us linens are only changed every three days but our coffee cups were not replaced for second morning. Breakfast offered a lot of options.

Staff was great, helpful, and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was that one elevator was out of service making the wait times for the elevator long. I used the washer and dryer and the change machine was not working making it hard to get quarters. The front desk staff was very helpful on getting me as much quarters as possible and accommodating the situation.

Loved the proximity to everything on my list for my trip. The staff was great and the rooms were very nice and clean. Shower pressure was perfect and the soaps and towels were plentiful. Included breakfast was good. I will definitely add to my list of favorite hotels.

Nice hotel but there are two elevators and one is out of service so it takes an extra long time to go up and down. Also, I think it’s ridiculous to get charged $26 to charge to park at the hotel.

We got the family suite. I indicated there were 6 people staying in the room, there was only 3 large towels in the bathroom, after traveling 12hrs everyone wanted to get refreshed. No bedding for the pull out couch, staff had to bring it to the room. Pull out couch was a bed of springs, no mattress to it. King bed was uncomfortable as well. The only decent beds were the bunk beds. On the plus side they had full bottles of shower necessities for you. The staff was friendly and helpful. Most likely wouldn't stay here again.

No complaints at all.

Young families and business people. Felt location was safe. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice hot breakfast. Lots of dining areas. They have a pool but was too cold to swim. Close to Lake Buena Vista. Many restaurants and gift shops near. Would definitely saty again. They have a shuttle to parks.
