This is a newly renovated condo as of June 2019. It's a spacious one bedroom, two full bath Condominium in the newest Disney Area luxury lakefront condominium at the Blue Heron Beach Resort nestled on the shores of 400 plus acre Lake Bryan, two blocks off I4 at the main Lake Buena Vista exit and just .9 miles from the entrance to Disney! This luxurious condo is located on the 8th floor with its oversized balcony overlooking the pool and Lake Bryan. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6

This professionally decorated unit is appointed with the best of everything, granite counter tops,and designer furnishing. This unit has a breathtaking view of the pool and lake. The unit is completely equipped with everything you to need to have a 'magical' stay. This luxurious condo is located on the 8th floor with its oversized balcony overlooking the pool and Lake Bryan. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 . The master bedroom has a king size bed with its private bath and jacuzzi tub. The set of bunk beds off the corridor is designed for kids up to 100lbs in weight. The condo has second full bathroom. The full kitchen and living room also have a view of the lake. The queen size sleeper sofa cab be utilized to accommodate 2 more people.The Resort itself has several heated outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, a kiddie pool, a pool bar (seasonal operation), two fitness centers and a dock that accesses Lake Bryan.The Resort offers scheduled Shuttle Service to Disney World and Seaworld. (there is a cost of 12 dollars per person).Watersports activities are available through nearby lake Buena Vista Watersports (cost). Miniature Golf is adjacent to the property. Numerous shopping centers are also nearby including the world famous outlet shopping centers.

My 16-year old son and I stayed at this property over the weekend. The apartment is clean, the view is incredible and it has all the basics we need. I was not sure about how it can have 6 people at first, however, the floor plan really works out. The location is very convenient. We were in Disney Springs one night and went to Discovery Cove the next day. Both are about 10 minutes away. There's a Publix nearby and plenty restaurants. Plus for us is washer/dryer in the apartment and have 2 bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Good location. Overall a nice place to stay. Minor issues like some outlets not working, but it wasn’t a big deal. Lack of guest controlled lock from inside was a big disappointment to us. Regardless of perimeter security, guest still need to have their own lock from inside.

We were very happy with the property, we would definitely stay again. Clean, comfortable, great view and lots of restaurants and attractions near by.The management group was also very responsive.I'm glad I chose this condo, no regrest!

GOOD BUT COULD BE BETTER

This is our 2nd time staying here. We like it for sure but it could be better and thus my title and desire to share. Love view, size of balcony, location, nice kitchen setup, good bed and pillows. All of those are great but some things we Don't Love no table of any kind on the balcony is definitely annoying and just sort of odd to us, couch is not very nice and needs to be bigger (L shaped would be best), glass vase on glass table feels like broken glass waiting to happen and its so tall it can obstruct the view of the tv from the couch (imo get a flatter decoration that is not glass), the lack of garbage disposal is sort of annoying (my gf remembers there being one before), the bathroom amenities were very skimpy and finally the front desk did not remind us that there was a numeric keypad so we sort of struggled for a while (bad signal to get on app) to figure out how to get in. I am still giving 4 stars but hope this message will hope the owner make some simple but relevant improvements.

Nice but missing some items

Location, pool, building, are all great. But the pictures had more than what was really there. There was no area rug, There was a lack of comfortable seating, there was only the couch, as the yellow chairs pictured were not there. but the worst was there were only two chairs on the balcony. No tall table and chairs or any table on the balcony, so you had o set your drinks on the floor. balcony

Another Florida Visit

We love staying at the Blue Heron. This is the 2nd time renting from Mark and the process was seamless. The property is well maintained and the condo is spacious. The location to Disney parks is excellent. We love the pool that at times was empty. So relaxing. We will return to visit our daughter and hope to stay again. Great value for the money.

Place was nice and we liked it a lot. Great view. A number of the light switches looked screwed up. They worked but they looked broken which was a bit of a concern. The gate at night was confusing - it was not explained clearly enough how to get back in when the gate was closed and we were not the only ones who felt this way. It was cool there was a Tiki Bar at the pool and feel that should be mentioned in the advertising as I think that is a selling point. Cool there was a mini arcade too.

Not clean

The check in process was easy and the location was exactly as expected. Those are the only positives. There was a used baby bottle in the main bedroom and crumbs in one of the bunks. The place also smelled bad, I had to leave the balcony open most of the time to help with the smell. The couch is in need of replacement Went down to check out amenities and the pier is falling apart with caution tape in a couple of places. When going back up discovered we were locked out of the unit because the battery was dead to the door lock. Was told by property manager, most owners leave a back up key
.but there was none for this unit. We were in town for a wedding and this was quite an in inconvenience. The maintenance guy arrived within an hour and was friendly.

Beautiful location, great stay!

Very easy to get to. Located within minutes of Disney Springs, Disney Resort and Universal Studios. Yet just far enough away to feel secluded. Property is on a beautiful lake, has a wonderful pool with a cabana bar and hot tub. Absolutely a great place to stay!

Perfect location for the Disney experience.

Location was great for all of the Disney attractions. Which means a lot of traffic! Plenty of restaurants in the area. The condo was well equipped. My only complaint would be the T.V. situation. It says it has cable but it's not HD. They don't have 2 of the main network channels ABC & CBS . The TV in the bedroom only has a roku remote. Very inconvenient. We had a few bad weather days and the March madness was on so that's why this was a problem. The other complaint is the front desk people are not very friendly or helpful. They couldn't answer any question, only saying the unit is privately owned they don't know anything. The pool and cabana bar are very nice!
