be charged for violations. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor
areas such as the balcony and pool area.

Use of Amenities

* Pool heating requires a request 48 hours in advance, with a minimum
of two consecutive days at $35 per day. The pool temperature is
limited to 95F, and the attached spa shares the same temperature.
Heating does not function in cold weather, and no refunds will be
issued if the desired temperature is not reached.
* The outdoor BBQ grill is available for rental.

Additional Considerations

* Complimentary initial supplies are provided, including one roll of
toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, garbage bags, and basic
toiletries. Guests are advised to procure their personal toiletries
and food items.
* Housekeeping is not provided daily; additional cleaning services
are available upon request for a fee.
* Guests are encouraged to observe trash collection days and dispose
of trash in the resort dumpster daily.
* Guests are advised to use UPS, DHL, or FEDEX for online deliveries,
as USPS does not deliver to vacation homes.
* Charges will apply for any damages or extra cleaning required due
to non-compliance with house rules.
