The airport shuttle was excellent, they had construction going on around the pool area and could not access the indoor portion.

The hotel was nice and clean. Only thing that was discouraging was the fact that the pool was under construction. I booked with them because they had a pool so it really sucked to not be able to use it during my stay. Sure wish they would’ve had it posted on their site. Oh and you have to pay for parking every night. 🙄

We were not notified that the pool was under renovation and would not be available. Fortunately, we had relatives staying at the Marriott next-door and were able to use that pool. Otherwise, the location was great and the room was very nice and very clean.

Great if you need a shuttle from airport

Wasn’t impressed. The food, pool and even rooms were all outdated. Great if you are just going to need shuttle for airport.

Staff were lovely and helpful. The accommodation is a little tired, the pool was closed, pavers loose and the room which was spacious and clean, smelt damp/has a musty dank odour that did not go away (windows are bolted closed so could be aired out).

Don't stay at this hotel!

Please don't waste your time at this hotel. I paid for the room online, when I got there they charged my card again at a higher rate, ignoring my paid reservation. I also, asked for an additional late check-out because my flight didn't leave until 7:15 the evening I was leaving. The hotel told me that I needed to pay an additional 50 dollars, but actually was charged 179 dollars because they stated I was there after the agreed on time of 4pm, which was a flat out lie, because their shuttle took us to the airport at 4 pm on the dot. It has been hell trying to rectify this situation. Hotels. com has been my saving grace in making the necessary calls to help me resolve this issue.
