I booked his property through Expedia. I was in town for basketball tournament so once I arrived, I didn’t have time to go to the hotel. I had to go straight to tournament. Once I was able to finally check in, I immediately realize the pictures and this one Expedia does not accurately represent the state of the hotel or the rooms. 1- stained in dirty furniture in the room 2-burner on the stove, not working 3-housekeeping every three days 4-not able to get fresh towels, daily and issues getting toilet paper when needed 5-cannot assist with getting park tickets as stated on the website 6-32 inch TVs for a room that is supposed to be a suite

The conditions was terrible. The tv not just updated but is the size is very small. The carpet it’s filled with dirty stuff and the towels it’s like exfoliating machine. The people that works there was super nice and helpful. But is just so much they can do . I’m sad because I’m a client since was Hawthorn . Never again .
