The condo was great! It is located right next to Universal’s new Epic Universe park. The condo was clean and spacious. When we got there, there was an issue with the tub not draining properly, so I contacted the host, who responded immediately and resolved the problem quickly. Check-in and check- out was easy, and I loved the no key entry. I would definitely recommend this property.

No refrigerator

Upon checking in we discovered close to 6PM the refrigerator did not work. We called immediately and left to go to dinner only to come back to a huge puddle on the kitchen floor that one of us almost fell down because of the puddle. We called again to let them know about this and I was asked for a picture of the water that I had already cleaned up. We had to pull the refrigerator out and turn off the water supply to it. No solution was offered to us when we asked what we should do with our food. Cassiola was very poor in communications on the matter until I requested 50% refund at which time suddenly they brought me a small hotel refrigerator. It has been over a week and I am still waiting for the status of my refund.

Home away from home

Property is in a great location. Close to convention centers. Was a 2 minute walk from Publix grocery store which was huge for cooking food at the condo. Has everything to cook and clean with that your home would have. Only thing I wish was that the floor boards and around the toilets would have been cleaned better. The broom to sweep with was old and when you swept left behind fuzz and hair from whoever used the broom last. Definitely would not deter me from staying here again, just wish they would replace some of the old amenities and do a little better job cleaning in the books and cranny’s

Good location but bring extra supplies

The location was great for our week-long event at the Hyatt. However, the supplies were the absolute bare minimum and were off brand (not very good at all) so we had to buy extra soap, laundry detergent, and dish soap/detergent. There was not nearly enough for a week long stay. The bathroom supplies were also low quality and not nearly enough for the week. Bringing extras is a must if you stay here more than a few days.
