Beautiful floor to ceiling remodel! Located in the prestigious, gated, Palm Valley Country Club, this golfer's retreat vacation home is one of the most popular in Palm Valley and it books up quickly.

Across the street from the club house, pools and Jacuzzi. This gorgeous single level 3 bedroom 3 bath home has been remodeled top to bottom and is a perfect getaway for any occasion! Located on the 15th hole with beautiful views of several fairways, the outdoor patio gives way to serene greens and spectacular mountain views and is furnished with a brand new gas BBQ, ceiling fan and seating for 4 plus two loungers for sunning.

New floors, kitchen cabinets, granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops, appliances and Samsung washer and dryer. The sofas recline to a full horizontal position. Beautiful wood shutters and fresh paint. Luxurious new Simmons pillow top king, queen, full and twin mattresses. Spacious master bath. Two car garage and ample street parking. We have a beautiful golf cart that is available to rent. Living room and bedrooms have a 55 inch Samsung flat-screen television which include cable access with expanded movie and sports packages. Electronic key pad entry for easy self check in.

The floor plan is open and spacious. We expanded the kitchen entry so that it flows into the main living space to create a fabulous area for people to gather and communicate. There is a fireplace in the living room for those cool winter nights.

We also have a second home located in the same community, VRBO number 1179263. It is a model match to this property and is decorated in a shabby chic style. Please take a look and see which one is your favorite!

This place is amazing! Great location and the grounds are beautiful. The property is clean and the beds are very comfortable. Jay is a great host, very communicative and I appreciate that. I would highly recommend this property, we had a family weekend and there were 6 of us and we could not have asked for a better stay.

Much Needed rest and unplug

We have been staying at PVCC for 2 decades, never a disappointment. We were able to disconnect and rest. The WiFi worked great. My husband works remotely and was able to do so without interruption. We loved the location to the pool, close enough but far enough as well. We have so many memories with our children, seeing other families in the complex gives it life. ALSO, we appreciate being able to bring our pets. Had a great time in a very comfortable home.

This spacious condo has modern,easy-care furnishings for families. We enjoyed the golf cart and many pool toys and bikes. The kitchen was equipped with basic cookware and spices. The owner responded quickly to any question. Finally, we enjoyed the golf course and Mountain View’s from the patio.

Always a great stay

Always a great experience

We have stayed here 3 weeks in a row while working in the area and I will have to say it is always a pleasant and consistent stay. Palm Desert Getaway

We had a great stay! I will definitely be booking the same condo for next year. Awesome communication and responsiveness from the host. We came on vacation with three other families who had also rented condos at PVCC so we loved the fact we could use the golf cart to drive around the property. This was a must for us because we have two young kids (2, 5) and we didn’t want to pack them up in a hot car just to drive two minutes down the road. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Open floor plan with updated kitchen, large bathrooms and a washer/dryer. There was plenty of room, even a touch too big for us; we didn’t even go in the other primary bedroom. Loved the location of the condo, it was great to be close to the main pool (heated) and club house. Looking forward to next year!

Girl’s birthday Weekend

We absolutely loved this condo rental. It was clean and well stocked. I loved the proximity to the pool, it was close enough to walk to. Every question I had was promptly answered by Jay. He made the whole rental process easy from beginning to the end. I would highly recommend this property!

Great Location for Golfers

Four golfing friends stayed at this property for 5 nights in mid-March. The photos in the VRBO description accurately portrayed the property. It is a wonderful place with a well stocked kitchen and a beautiful view of a fairway on the Palm Valley Country from the patio. It is a mile from a grocery store and many restaurants. Sherman's Deli is a fine place to eat. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful condo! Beautiful setting.

Great place to get away. Condo was Beautiful and spacious. We used the 2 bikes that came with the condo. Nice little extra! The golf community is great for morning walks. We were there for the tennis tourney so couldn’t take advantage of the pool or tennis. But it’s all within walking distance of the condo. It’s a bit far from the Indian Wells Tennis to bike, but it’s a short Uber ride to the venue. Jay was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Birthday weekend on Palm Desert

Stayed for an extended weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. Palm Valley CC is absolutely gorgeous. We loved our time there. Icing on the cake was having a golf cart to use. Very comfortable beds and high end furnishings made the unit a very welcoming place to stay.

Jay was a great host and great communicator. Property was exactly as described. Very bright and clean. Pool was right across the street and down a couple units so very close and convenient. Would have been nice to have som green space in the back but it backs the golf course. Also missing a drip coffee maker but had many spices and kitchen supplies. Would recommend

The place was wonderful and in an exceptional complex with beautiful grounds, plenty of pools, and a great location. The golf cart was a lovely perk to cruise around the complex and to/from the main pool. Thanks for having us!
