While we appreciated the great staff and the flexibility of an early check-in, the condition of the house was not what we expected. Unfortunately, the house was not properly cleaned: there was food left in the freezer, the bathroom (including the tub and under the vanity) was dirty, and the dishwasher was rusted and had a cockroach inside. Because the property was not in a clean state upon our arrival, I would like to request a refund of the cleaning fee.
