They never gave me room service when I asked for it. They were rude. They let people smoke in the rooms and it smells up other rooms with drugs and cigarettes. Very dirty rooms and dirty towels.

DON’T! Usually I don’t write bad reviews, I just don’t go back. This place though…. Arrived while cops were arresting people, clerk in a bad mood, room dirty, no fridge, small and smelly. Homeless right outside of the door, they just camp there and I guess use the facilities of the hotel. Bad, deserted area. And still $120 (decent hotels are only $20-30 more).

The property has been upgraded and it looks so much better . I’m impressed and hope Motel 6 does the same with their many they have in the Riverside and in the Palm Springs areas’s . I know where I will be staying each time I go to Palm Springs.

They put us on the DNR list because I complained that there was no ice when I called before we booked it and I take medication for needs to be on ice and the manager got pissed off and got mad

I have to give this Motel 6 a “Plus” because this Motel 6 East in Palm Springs Ca has really improved . The staff was great the Care and cleanliness is excellent . I would give them a 5 star on all points . This kind of initiative is Great! I I hope this kind of improvement catch on to other businesses to keep our wonderful community The Best in the Desert. Keep up the good work !!.
