First of all while waiting to get checked in, a guest called & said the shower head fell off. The girl at the front was scrambling to handle the phone call, try to get maintenance. Also trying to check in guests. Another man standing in line said his tv remote didn’t work. Finally i was being helped. Not feeling good about all that was going on. Get to the room it smelled, immediately opened the windows. Luckily i sprayed the room, using my lysol spray. Left the room to meet up to have dinner. Got back about 2 am. Room stilled smelled. Decided to charge my phone but plug in bathroom didn’t work. Only other plug was tv but i didn't want to mess with the plug. Frustrated just went to bed. The shower, are you kidding me. Unless your a child, it's not for a normal size adult. Got up & got the hell out of there. It's amazing to me how they jack up the prices due to an event going on. And don’t bother to fix things. The room didn’t just get a bad smell & the bathroom plug didn’t just happened. Wrote to corporate, what a joke. Motel 6 should be Motel 0. They don't care....

Didnt get enough sleep due to the room on top of us is making so much loud noise the whole night. And when I get there she asked me to pay for the room but when I booked it under HOTELS.COM the lady said they have nothing to do with the HOTELS.COM so I have to pay before she let me check in and didn't want to give me a refund. Not so helpful at all. And outside our room there was a homeless chilling and smoking weed and cigarette knowing that the room is a NO SMOKING ROOM. No remote for the tv no hair blower in the room. Very disappointed. Surely will never go back again to this hotel.

It was just ok . No shampoo or microwave. But the worst part was I wanted to be near Palm Springs. It says Palm Springs Palm Desert is 20 miles away. I wasn’t aware of that very inconvenient so I checked out that morning and didn’t say the second night and still haven’t been reimbursed I’ve been able to contact anybody
