Book a hotel near Komazawa Olympic Park, Setagaya

"It started terribly. When we arrived @ 5pm - we were told the room was not ready. And we were told to "walk around and come back" and come back. We arrived after 5pm The hotel website indicated, that check in was @ 3pm - clients expect to be able to check in and have rooms ready at 3pm. Check in process was very slow. It seems like they were not aware that they had a big booking that day. I was with a big group. However, the staff was very apologetic and tried their best to work as fast as possible. I would like to reiterate, if you advertise check in is at 3 pm - have your rooms ready @ 3pm. Don't tell your clients "walk around and come back." When people travel, most of the time they are very exhausted, and to be told to "walk around and come back" 2 hours after designated check in time - is not going to be received pleasantly."

"I always stay in the Shinagawa Prince Hotel when in Tokyo. A few weeks before, it was at the N tower, and previous times were at the main tower. This is my first time in the Annex which was a lovely room. It was smaller than in the main tower but the Annex was less busy. The lobby was also cosy with lots of books. I will book this again when I am back in Tokyo in Dec! "
