Many bus lines run through the neighborhood, and the nearest Broad Street subway stop is a 10-15 minute walk from the house. Check out the SEPTA site for specific info.

Nice clean and convenient house. Very much a family home in a quiet street right in the middle of south Philly. It is a lived in, family house with quirks and features to match. Not having standard network TV, only streaming services was annoying
The house and location where great only few small suggestions. 1st backyard could use a little attention. 2nd a few more pillows blankets and towels would be great. We contacted the host and had towels within an hour so that was great. Finally the massage chair was broken which wouldn't have been as big a deal if we know. But we all have back problems and would have brought our ouwn massage cushions.
Great location on the edge of the Italian Market and Little Saigon. Decorated in the Italian grandmother vibe (but fine for us), and was spotlessly clean. The twin bed in the third bedroom is not great, but the other two beds were very comfortable. All the facilities and kitchen equipment worked fine, fridge looked brand new.
Location near Italian Market was great. Grocery, restaurants, felt safe on streets. No parking but easy to get an Uber. House is small, slept 4 just fine. Full kitchen but missing some essentials, like a cassorole dish, broiler pan. There were basic seasonings and we used the fry pans and stovetop. One could ignore the paint peeling off the wall. But you couldnt ignore the AC. We would turn it off to use a room, then on when we left.
All of us felt comfortable in the neighborhood. The home was spacious for the four of us. Our only complaint was thd 3rd bedroom had a small mattress on the floor and was not very comfortable. We had to park a short'ish distance away but we were able to leave our car there all weekend and use public transportation. I would recommend this place.
We enjoyed three nights in this property. It was a great location. We walked to most everything we wanted to do. The property was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
We had a great time. The location was amazing walking distance to so many restaurants the Italian market and the Magic Gardens would recommend and would stay again.
Property was clean and well maintained. Location is great for exploring area. Parking can be a challenge but it is the city, so this is to be expected. Would recommend.
Enjoyed our stay in South Philly at this property. The furnishings and decor in the home are rather grandmotherly but somehow it works (sparkly kitchen countertops and all!). It's a spacious home where my family of four felt comfortable. Property manager responded promptly to concerns. The best part is the location--we were delighted by the proximity to restaurants and cafes on 9th and also on Passyunk, and bus lines a very short distance in all directions take you downtown and to historic sites (or a reasonable 40 minute walk).
