Everyone on the staff was very friendly, particularly the people who work in the restaurant during breakfast. As far as negatives, it was weird that there was no literature in the room about the hotel. Also, it would be nice to have a chair in the room so that you can sit somewhere other than the bed.

I booked this hotel based on the guest rating—definitely not worth it. The entrance on the ground floor is unmonitored and run-down. The lobby is on the second floor, noisy, and has an unpleasant smell.

The valet parking attendant, the front desk attendee both at my check in ans check out could not have been any more helpful. The hotel is styled very well with an industrial feel and the proximity to shopping and restaurants was very convenient. We had a great stay, in a very nice room, that was made better by the people.

This hotel was amazing! We originally booked one of the more basic rooms, but we got upgraded to a higher floor and it was beautiful! The staff were very helpful and nice and there's a lot of things to do within a walking distance from the hotel. 10/10

Room with an urban view

We had a great stay. We were in town to go to a 76ers game. The hotel was near the metro so it was easy to get home after the game. The room was very comfortable, well designed, we had a great view of downtown. We got home late but there were healthy snacks in the lobby. The staff was helpful. Parking was adjacent to hotel. The art in the hotel was especially cool.

Unbeatable location and friendly staff!

We had a great stay at Hyatt this past week. The location is central - you don't really need a car. Lots of places are accessible by foot or public transporation. The staff at the front desk were all so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to friends!

Thank God we found a nice, CLEAN place with great customer service. Also, the hotel is easily accessible and gkod valet. Was concerned due to a lot of other properties in the area with mixed reviews but this place definitely lived up to its great rating. Would definitely recommend.
