Very nice accommodations; clean, quiet, safe and very private. Looks as nice as the pics online. Vince the owner is very accommodating! We would absolutely stay there again. We liked the location too. Very close to the 51 and central PHX.

This property served our needs perfectly for our nearly weeks long stay. Very easy to commute to and from whether from the airport or traveling around Phoenix and beyond. The host was active, easy to reach, informative, and while we didn’t need to communicate any issues, I feel confident they would be responsive if issues arose. Property was very clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again if we are back in Phoenix in the future.

The property management company requires extra links and payments off the app, something Expedia specifically told me was fraud which made it difficult to arrange check in. The property itself is in a nice location and is as pictured. Beware: the walls are paper thin and we could hear every word of the couple breaking up next door for the whole 48 hours of their stay. In the unit itself the bathroom fan and drain didn’t function properly and we were left in standing water and fog for every shower. We didn’t feel it was important enough to bother the property manager during the stay itself. Overall it was a nice place, but there are some issues that should be considered before booking.

Terrible service and never again

By the time I arrived at the property I had not received any check in instructions. I got there at 5:30pm and had dinner reservations with friends at 6:30. It took me 40 min before I even was able to reach someone, and the person was rude. They use very strong cleaning supply, and it smelled like a hospital and my eyes burned the first night from the fumes. Would not ever book with them.

Perfect Stay

Awesome! Seamless virtual check-in. The proprietor, Vince, was quick with easy instructions for parking, entry, amenities etc. Room was quiet, secluded, and super clean. Street parking steps from the room and safe. Restaurants and store nearby. Looking forward to my next business trip to the Phoenix area with a a great place to stay!

The property was nice and modern but there was a lot of dust on the ceiling fans and ac vents. At night, the porch light is very dim, considering the amount of trees/brushes surrounding each door.

We were comfortable and it is conveniently located near our daughter and the price was good. We liked the design and courtyard. Only drawback was that the coffee pods for the coffee maker were flavors like S'Mores which did not appeal to us.
