Located close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, and many main events in the Phoenix area. It sits in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Also it has access to a heated pool and hot tub along with a tennis court. It’s right below the mountains for a beautiful view along with many parks close by and walking trails. It’s located in a cul de sac so it’s quiet without much traffic. The house is 20 years old and has been remodeled throughout. Double car garage and large back yard
