The fully equipped kitchen features a large granite island, and plenty of prep space for cooking and entertaining.

The striking dining room features dramatic ceilings and oversized windows, creating a beautiful setting for group dinners and special occasions.

For indoor entertainment, challenge the group to a game of foosball or shuffleboard, settle in for a movie on one of the large TVs, or simply relax after a day exploring Phoenix and Scottsdale.

One of the home's standout features is its two spacious primary suites, making Casa Buena especially comfortable for multiple families or couples traveling together.

The downstairs suite features its own ensuite bathroom, direct pool access and a convenient kitchenette with sink, wine refrigerator and coffee area.

The upstairs primary suite includes an ensuite bathroom along with an adjoining exercise area featuring a spin bike, yoga equipment and beautiful North Phoenix views.

Parking includes a 3-car garage, three driveway spaces and additional street parking.

There is a maximum of 8 adult guests allowed at the property and a total of 11 guests allowed including children. No unregistered guests are allowed at the home without the host's approval.

This home is NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! No loud parties or unruly behavior will be tolerated at all. We welcome all guests to come and have fun and enjoy the home but we do expect you to be respectful of the home and neighbors.

No Pets

No smoking anything in the home. $1000 fine applies

Hot tub (spa) heating is available at a cost of $30 per day to cover gas usage.

Pool heating is NOT available at this location.

Noise levels monitored by Noise Aware (only monitors noise levels, doesn't record audio)

Ring doorbell and gate cameras only monitor property entry points (front door, side gates, pool equipment area, and garage).


The pool is protected by the tall backyard fence. Exterior doors to the pool area have high handles and are self-closing for child safety and compliance with Phoenix city regulations.


Guests may only control pool & spa features using the pre-set options on the control panel.
