: Très bon prix pour la qualité À 10 minutes du centre ville de Phœnix Le personnel était très gentil - /: J’ai trouvé une bestiole dans la chambre et dans les corridors.

Gross!

I wasted $600 on this hotel. There were no toiletries in the room and no coffee pot or hair dryer. The carpet was gross and it smelled musty. The shower faucet would not quit running. I asked 3 times for a hair dryer, and was told they were all checked out. Why is the not one in every room? The front desk wasn’t really helpful. Unless you need a kitchen for some reason, do not waste your money. The bed was hard and didn’t have a real comforter, just a sheet and thin blanket. I expected a much better stay for $200 a night. It was gross.

The refrigerator didn't work , there were No cup, plates or utensils. Kitchen gfi plug didnt work. You had to be Hercules to turn off bath faucet completely. WORST ONE I'VE EVER STAYED IN!!! THEY ALSO CHARGED $25 per dog- per night!!! What a rip off!

Airport waiting trip

We were waiting for a flight. It was a short notice booking. It was a good stay for the night. Bad area to be around no restraunts or anything but a comfortable enough bed and shower was good.
