So our visit was OK. The staff was very friendly. The front desk person was great. She made me feel welcomed. I did find it annoying that you had to pay for parking and it was $15 per day. I think that they should have better parking for guests and it should be complementary. As far as the room goes, the beds were comfortable, but the pillows weren’t, they were very flat and thin so my neck hurt the next day and the bathroom is super strange because there were two sinks that were separated by a wall, but there is a gap in between both so you can see the person’s hands on the other side, washing their hands, and the sink is also located in the shower, it’s really awkward. There’s no air vent to vent out the shower steam after you’ve been in there so I felt kind of anxious about maybe mold, but I didn’t see any mold. I just wish there was an air vent. I wouldn’t stay there again but I didn’t have a terrible time. There was just some awkward design choices when it came to the bathroom and the lack of free parking.

I had a terrible experience! My room was connected to another room with a door you couldn’t lock we walked in on another couple us thinking it was a closet door. The parking is $35 and good luck finding one. Never again!

Our suite was amazing, and the view was gorgeous. We had a $40 food credit which was perfect for breakfast. They were even able to offer me a 1 hour extension on check out. Staff was very helpful and the food and drinks were really good.

One of my favorite hotels in PHX. However, they just changed the way they handle their parking and it's horrible. I made a typo in my parking payment but did pay for parking. Woke up to my car booted and the only way to unlock was to pay a $200 fee. Hotel wasn't willing to help at all, even now in the dispute process. They've kept the parking fee I paid for the night AND the citation fee. This has unfortunately lead to me deciding to find somewhere else to stay on my business trips to PHX.

Loved everything about this hotel. Very unique, food and service were exquisite. The one drawback was parking cost for this hotel is not covered in the room fees. Cost for parking during a three night stay was just shy of an additional $100. I don’t recall this being mentioned.
